I have called upon thee, for thou wilt hear me, O God: incline thine ear unto me, and hear my speech.

Vision For Israel Update

Thanks and praise to our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.

JERUSALEM-ON-THE-LINE

Prayer Letter – November 26, 2006

JNN NEWS, P.O. Box 7411, Jerusalem 91073, Israel

"Rejoice, O nations, with his people, for he will avenge the blood of his servants; he will take vengeance on his enemies and make atonement for his land and people." Deuteronomy 32:43

REPORT: ISRAELI SPIES ACTIVE IN IRAN : Iran has developed and tested a trigger device for a nuclear bomb, Israeli agents stationed there have told the White House in a report published on Monday. Israeli intelligence presented a stark contrast to recent CIA estimates on Iran 's nuclear program, which claimed that Teheran was far from attaining a nuclear bomb. The CIA's opinion was based on technical information gathered from satellites. However, the White House and the Pentagon dispute the CIA's findings. Pentagon officials urged that the Israeli intelligence be given due consideration and said that data gathered by satellites and ground sensors was insufficient. They added that more emphasis should be given to information supplied by agents. ( J.Post) "So may all your enemies perish, O Lord! But may they who love you be like the sun when it rises in its strength." Judges 5:31

IRANIAN-BACKED HIZBALLAH EXPANDS EFFORTS TO TOPPLE LEBANESE GOVERNMENT:
Terror chief Hassan Nasrallah told thousands of Lebanese supporters in a broadcast last Sunday to prepare to take to the streets of Beirut in order to force the resignation of the Lebanese government, which he said is a puppet of the Bush administration. (J. Post)

IRAN SLOWLY SECURING ITS GRIP AROUND ISRAEL: The Iranian government is sending money to Gaza gradually extending its influence over the region surrounding Israel . The Islamic Republic donated $120 million to the Hamas-led Palestinian Authority, according to an announcement last Thursday by PA Foreign Minister Mahmoud al-Zahar. PA Terrorists in Gaza have become major beneficiaries of Iranian largesse. "Its support is very important for us," said the PA foreign minister. Terrorists have significantly stepped up their Kassam rocket attacks against southern Israeli communities. Sderot residents have said the rockets are increasing in accuracy and now contain more explosives as well as ball bearings to maximize damage. (Arutz-7)

KASSAMS SEND SDEROT VICTIMS TO HOSPITAL:
Over ten Kassam rockets were fired at Sderot and environs over last weekend. The last one, the fourth major casualty in four days, has left a resident in moderate-to-serious condition. Earlier last week, a barrage of 16 Kassam rockets pounded the western Negev throughout the day, leaving one person dead and two others seriously wounded in the southern town of Sderot . Kassam rockets have rained down on Israel on a regular basis even after the IDF withdrew from Gaza , recently prompting Sderot schools to strike and a mass evacuation of youngsters from the town. (J.Post/(Arutz-7)

OLMERT ORDERS KILLING OF HAMAS MILITARY POLICE: In order to stop Kassam rocket attacks launched at Israel from the Gaza Strip, PM Ehud Olmert has ordered his security chiefs to target the Hamas political leadership. According to Israeli security sources, a decision to assassinate leading Hamas officials was made by Olmert and Defense Minister Amir Peretz. The report said Israel was determined to ensure that the Hamas group's political leadership in Gaza , the West Bank and abroad would no longer escape responsibility for the attacks. ( J.Post) "When you go into battle in your own land against an enemy who is oppressing you, sound a blast on the trumpets. You will be remembered by the Lord your God and rescued from your enemies." Numbers 10:9

HAMAS BOASTS: KASSAM HAS DEFEATED ISRAEL: A recent official Hamas communique has stated, "The enemy, in his despair, has tried everything against our Kassams, but he knows that all his plans will fail." Abu Obeideh, a spokesman of the Hamas terrorist organization, publicized this statement: "Everyone knows that the main purpose of all the Israeli military missions is to stop the Kassam rockets. The enemy, in his despair, has tried all means of pressure... but he recognizes that all his plans will fail despite his planes and intelligence gathering. The proof of this is the high number of 'accurate hits among the colonialists [Israeli citizens].'" He further warns, " Israel must think carefully before considering conquering the Gaza Strip, because it will not fulfill its goal, but only cause additional defeats for its army." (Arutz-7)
"Five of you will chase a hundred, and a hundred of you will chase ten thousand, and your enemies will fall by the sword before you." Leviticus 26:8

KASSAM FIRE UNDERMINING SDEROT INDUSTRY: Kassam rocket fire has caused damage amounting to hundreds of thousands of Israeli shekels to factories in Sderot and surrounding areas over the last three years. Attacks have forced scores of workers out of their jobs. Approximately 14 percent of the businesses are planning to relocate because of the attacks. The report said 93% of the factories suffered from worker absenteeism because of the Kassams. 64% of the facilities said customers were not arriving because of the attacks, while 57% were not dealing with suppliers and 54% had lost contact with service providers. Furthermore, 60% had suffered a slowdown in productivity and said that mistakes were being made in production because of the added strain on workers. ( J.Post)

HAMAS: PALESTINIAN UNITY GOVERNMENT WILL NOT RECOGNIZE ISRAEL: The ruling Islamic terrorist group Hamas said last week the agenda of the proposed Palestinian unity government would not recognize Israel or accept a two-state solution. Hamas spokesman Fawzi Barhoum said. "Our position in this regard remains unchanged. We reject joining in any government that recognizes Israel ." Earlier Sunday, Damascus-based Hamas political leader Khaled Mashaal warned that the US and Israel would suffer serious losses if the "siege on the Palestinian people" continued. Mashaal added that if a unity government were established and the persecution did not stop, the Palestinian Authority would collapse. ( J.Post)
"You exalted me above my foes; from violent men you rescued me." 2 Samuel 22:49

Romans 11:26-36
26: And so all Israel shall be saved: as it is written, There shall come out of Sion the Deliverer, and shall turn away ungodliness from Jacob:
27: For this is my covenant unto them, when I shall take away their sins.
28: As concerning the gospel, they are enemies for your sakes: but as touching the election, they are beloved for the fathers' sakes.
29: For the gifts and calling of God are without repentance.
30: For as ye in times past have not believed God, yet have now obtained mercy through their unbelief:
31: Even so have these also now not believed, that through your mercy they also may obtain mercy.
32: For God hath concluded them all in unbelief, that he might have mercy upon all.
33: O the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God! how unsearchable are his judgments, and his ways past finding out!
34: For who hath known the mind of the Lord? or who hath been his counseller?
35: Or who hath first given to him, and it shall be recompensed unto him again?
36: For of him, and through him, and to him, are all things: to whom be glory for ever. Amen.

Make A Change This Christmas

Thanks and praise to our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.
Now that Thanksgiving day is past a lot of people are turning there attention towards Christmas.

Consumers spent an average $360.15 each from Nov. 23 through yesterday, up from $302.81 a year earlier, the National Retail Federation said yesterday in a statement. Fewer people shopped, with about 140 million visiting stores during the four days including Thanksgiving, down from 145 million last year. This from Bloomberg.com.

Of the 140 million shoppers, if they would give $5.00 each to some organization that is helping humanity in some way or another that would be $700 million dollars. I would dare say that would help tremendously. Do the math, if it where $10.00 that would be $1.4 billion dollars.

If everyone would help it would not be that big of a strain on any one person or organization to help fight hunger and poverty in the world today. As Jesus Christ has told us to feed the hungry and cloth the naked we, as a country, could do that.

Along with giving here locally or just in the U.S. we need to reach out further to go outside the boarders of the U.S. The U.S. has been so blessed for so many years we need to show the love that Christ has shown us to our neighbors around the world. Instead of war let us fight them with an over abundance of sincere love for one another. It is not our governments place to do this. It is the church's and each individual Christian on this earth.

The missionaries out in the field are persecuted every day. The churches in other countries are burnt to the ground and their pastors locked up or killed. We could do so much through them if we would only give them our financial support as well as our spiritual support. You could go to The Voice of the Martyrs for many different ways to give. They have different directions that you can designate your money to go towards. Such as
Sudan Life Packs
Action Packs for Pakistan and Afghanistan
Sudan Blankets of Love

I do not know how to get all this together in the best way to help all humanity. But I do know someone that does, Jesus Christ. Let us all put our prayers before Him to praise Him and thank Him for His blessings He has bestowed upon us and for Him to guide us in His way not our own. That we may truly rejoice in the real meaning of Christmas and give to those less fortunate. It is shameful, on us, that anyone is hungry or without clothes on there back.

Try to not think as, one country helping another. But try to think as one human being helping another.

It is the birth of Jesus Christ that we celebrate every year on December 25th, not the coming of Santa.

Luke 1:37
37: For with God nothing shall be impossible.

Romans 12:16-21
16: Be of the same mind one toward another. Mind not high things, but condescend to men of low estate. Be not wise in your own conceits.
17: Recompense to no man evil for evil. Provide things honest in the sight of all men.
18: If it be possible, as much as lieth in you, live peaceably with all men.
19: Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but rather give place unto wrath: for it is written, Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord.
20: Therefore if thine enemy hunger, feed him; if he thirst, give him drink: for in so doing thou shalt heap coals of fire on his head.
21: Be not overcome of evil, but overcome evil with good.

1 Corinthians 13:1-13
1: Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, and have not charity, I am become as sounding brass, or a tinkling cymbal.
2: And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries, and all knowledge; and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, and have not charity, I am nothing.
3: And though I bestow all my goods to feed the poor, and though I give my body to be burned, and have not charity, it profiteth me nothing.
4: Charity suffereth long, and is kind; charity envieth not; charity vaunteth not itself, is not puffed up,
5: Doth not behave itself unseemly, seeketh not her own, is not easily provoked, thinketh no evil;
6: Rejoiceth not in iniquity, but rejoiceth in the truth;
7: Beareth all things, believeth all things, hopeth all things, endureth all things.
8: Charity never faileth: but whether there be prophecies, they shall fail; whether there be tongues, they shall cease; whether there be knowledge, it shall vanish away.
9: For we know in part, and we prophesy in part.
10: But when that which is perfect is come, then that which is in part shall be done away.
11: When I was a child, I spake as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child: but when I became a man, I put away childish things.
12: For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face: now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known.
13: And now abideth faith, hope, charity, these three; but the greatest of these is charity.

Romans 5:6-8
6: For when we were yet without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly.
7: For scarcely for a righteous man will one die: yet peradventure for a good man some would even dare to die.
8: But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.

1 Peter 3:8-18
8: Finally, be ye all of one mind, having compassion one of another, love as brethren, be pitiful, be courteous:
9: Not rendering evil for evil, or railing for railing: but contrariwise blessing; knowing that ye are thereunto called, that ye should inherit a blessing.
10: For he that will love life, and see good days, let him refrain his tongue from evil, and his lips that they speak no guile:
11: Let him eschew evil, and do good; let him seek peace, and ensue it.
12: For the eyes of the Lord are over the righteous, and his ears are open unto their prayers: but the face of the Lord is against them that do evil.
13: And who is he that will harm you, if ye be followers of that which is good?
14: But and if ye suffer for righteousness' sake, happy are ye: and be not afraid of their terror, neither be troubled;
15: But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts: and be ready always to give an answer to every man that asketh you a reason of the hope that is in you with meekness and fear:
16: Having a good conscience; that, whereas they speak evil of you, as of evildoers, they may be ashamed that falsely accuse your good conversation in Christ.
17: For it is better, if the will of God be so, that ye suffer for well doing, than for evil doing.
18: For Christ also hath once suffered for sins, the just for the unjust, that he might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh, but quickened by the Spirit:

Psalms Chapter 35

Thanks and praise to our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.

Psalms Chapter 35
1: Plead my cause, O LORD, with them that strive with me: fight against them that fight against me.
2: Take hold of shield and buckler, and stand up for mine help.
3: Draw out also the spear, and stop the way against them that persecute me: say unto my soul, I am thy salvation.
4: Let them be confounded and put to shame that seek after my soul: let them be turned back and brought to confusion that devise my hurt.
5: Let them be as chaff before the wind: and let the angel of the LORD chase them.
6: Let their way be dark and slippery: and let the angel of the LORD persecute them.
7: For without cause have they hid for me their net in a pit, which without cause they have digged for my soul.
8: Let destruction come upon him at unawares; and let his net that he hath hid catch himself: into that very destruction let him fall.
9: And my soul shall be joyful in the LORD: it shall rejoice in his salvation.
10: All my bones shall say, LORD, who is like unto thee, which deliverest the poor from him that is too strong for him, yea, the poor and the needy from him that spoileth him?
11: False witnesses did rise up; they laid to my charge things that I knew not.
12: They rewarded me evil for good to the spoiling of my soul.
13: But as for me, when they were sick, my clothing was sackcloth: I humbled my soul with fasting; and my prayer returned into mine own bosom.
14: I behaved myself as though he had been my friend or brother: I bowed down heavily, as one that mourneth for his mother.
15: But in mine adversity they rejoiced, and gathered themselves together: yea, the abjects gathered themselves together against me, and I knew it not; they did tear me, and ceased not:
16: With hypocritical mockers in feasts, they gnashed upon me with their teeth.
17: Lord, how long wilt thou look on? rescue my soul from their destructions, my darling from the lions.
18: I will give thee thanks in the great congregation: I will praise thee among much people.
19: Let not them that are mine enemies wrongfully rejoice over me: neither let them wink with the eye that hate me without a cause.
20: For they speak not peace: but they devise deceitful matters against them that are quiet in the land.
21: Yea, they opened their mouth wide against me, and said, Aha, aha, our eye hath seen it.
22: This thou hast seen, O LORD: keep not silence: O Lord, be not far from me.
23: Stir up thyself, and awake to my judgment, even unto my cause, my God and my Lord.
24: Judge me, O LORD my God, according to thy righteousness; and let them not rejoice over me.
25: Let them not say in their hearts, Ah, so would we have it: let them not say, We have swallowed him up.
26: Let them be ashamed and brought to confusion together that rejoice at mine hurt: let them be clothed with shame and dishonour that magnify themselves against me.
27: Let them shout for joy, and be glad, that favour my righteous cause: yea, let them say continually, Let the LORD be magnified, which hath pleasure in the prosperity of his servant.
28: And my tongue shall speak of thy righteousness and of thy praise all the day long.

Happy Thanksgiving

Thanks and praise to our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.

Let's all take time today to thank the Lord our Saviour Jesus Christ for all the blessings we have. Let's also pray for those in need and those being persecuted in other countries in the name of Jesus Christ. Where they will probably not be going to a thanksgiving dinner or a church service. Where some are imprisoned already and have been for a long time, just for their faith in Jesus Christ. Where some may die today because of their belief in Jesus Christ.

Let us be very thankful today to be living in a free country, that God has so richly blessed, and for the men and women that serve in our military that help protect this freedom. Pray for their protection and speedy return to their families.

2 Corinthians 9:1-15
1: For as touching the ministering to the saints, it is superfluous for me to write to you:
2: For I know the forwardness of your mind, for which I boast of you to them of Macedonia, that Achaia was ready a year ago; and your zeal hath provoked very many.
3: Yet have I sent the brethren, lest our boasting of you should be in vain in this behalf; that, as I said, ye may be ready:
4: Lest haply if they of Macedonia come with me, and find you unprepared, we (that we say not, ye) should be ashamed in this same confident boasting.
5: Therefore I thought it necessary to exhort the brethren, that they would go before unto you, and make up beforehand your bounty, whereof ye had notice before, that the same might be ready, as a matter of bounty, and not as of covetousness.
6: But this I say, He which soweth sparingly shall reap also sparingly; and he which soweth bountifully shall reap also bountifully.
7: Every man according as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loveth a cheerful giver.
8: And God is able to make all grace abound toward you; that ye, always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good work:
9: (As it is written, He hath dispersed abroad; he hath given to the poor: his righteousness remaineth for ever.
10: Now he that ministereth seed to the sower both minister bread for your food, and multiply your seed sown, and increase the fruits of your righteousness;)
11: Being enriched in every thing to all bountifulness, which causeth through us thanksgiving to God.
12: For the administration of this service not only supplieth the want of the saints, but is abundant also by many thanksgivings unto God;
13: Whiles by the experiment of this ministration they glorify God for your professed subjection unto the gospel of Christ, and for your liberal distribution unto them, and unto all men;
14: And by their prayer for you, which long after you for the exceeding grace of God in you.
15: Thanks be unto God for his unspeakable gift.

Philippians 4:1-23
1: Therefore, my brethren dearly beloved and longed for, my joy and crown, so stand fast in the Lord, my dearly beloved.
2: I beseech Euodias, and beseech Syntyche, that they be of the same mind in the Lord.
3: And I intreat thee also, true yokefellow, help those women which laboured with me in the gospel, with Clement also, and with other my fellowlabourers, whose names are in the book of life.
4: Rejoice in the Lord always: and again I say, Rejoice.
5: Let your moderation be known unto all men. The Lord is at hand.
6: Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.
7: And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
8: Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.
9: Those things, which ye have both learned, and received, and heard, and seen in me, do: and the God of peace shall be with you.
10: But I rejoiced in the Lord greatly, that now at the last your care of me hath flourished again; wherein ye were also careful, but ye lacked opportunity.
11: Not that I speak in respect of want: for I have learned, in whatsoever state I am, therewith to be content.
12: I know both how to be abased, and I know how to abound: every where and in all things I am instructed both to be full and to be hungry, both to abound and to suffer need.
13: I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.
14: Notwithstanding ye have well done, that ye did communicate with my affliction.
15: Now ye Philippians know also, that in the beginning of the gospel, when I departed from Macedonia, no church communicated with me as concerning giving and receiving, but ye only.
16: For even in Thessalonica ye sent once and again unto my necessity.
17: Not because I desire a gift: but I desire fruit that may abound to your account.
18: But I have all, and abound: I am full, having received of Epaphroditus the things which were sent from you, an odour of a sweet smell, a sacrifice acceptable, wellpleasing to God.
19: But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.
20: Now unto God and our Father be glory for ever and ever. Amen.
21: Salute every saint in Christ Jesus. The brethren which are with me greet you.
22: All the saints salute you, chiefly they that are of Caesar's household.
23: The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen.

Parents of Beheaded Indonesian Girls Forgive Killers

Thanks and praise to our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.
The parents of three Christian schoolgirls beheaded in Indonesia have expressed their forgiveness during a meeting with the killers on Monday.

The parents of three Christian girls beheaded by Muslim militants in Poso, Indonesia, have said they forgive their daughters’ killers during a meeting between the three militants and the parents yesterday.

Hasanuddin, still on trial for the crime, pleaded for forgiveness from the parents of the victims during the meeting, organised by local police. He said repeatedly that he had repented and expressed his deep sorrow together with his two accomplices, Irwanto and Haris.

A mother of one of the victims said with tears that she forgave them of their wrongdoings. As a gesture of peace, the Muslim militants and the Christian families shook hands and embraced each other, Asia News has reported.

------------------------------------------------------------

This is horrific what was done to these girls yet, as Christians, the parents can and did forgive their daughters killers. Even shaking their hands and embracing them. I wonder how many of us would be able to do that miraculous showing of forgiveness that only can come from God being in their hearts. There are some that will hold a grudge over the smallest of things , compared to this. We must find true forgiveness for others in order for Christ to forgive us.

While some other people are being set off by cartoons we have Christians here forgiving their daughters killers. What does that tell you about believing and trusting in Jesus Christ? It is written in the Bible to forgive and not only to forgive but to continually forgive as written in Matthew 18:21: Then came Peter to him, and said, Lord, how oft shall my brother sin against me, and I forgive him? till seven times? 22: Jesus saith unto him, I say not unto thee, Until seven times: but, Until seventy times seven.

This cannot be done without Jesus Christ in our hearts. We must always look to Him for strength and guidance through all our trials and tribulations. Let us pray for these families as they go through so much. Along with all other Christians that are being persecuted daily in their lives.

Matthew 6:14-15
14: For if ye forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you:
15: But if ye forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.

Matthew 18:1-35
1: At the same time came the disciples unto Jesus, saying, Who is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven?
2: And Jesus called a little child unto him, and set him in the midst of them,
3: And said, Verily I say unto you, Except ye be converted, and become as little children, ye shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven.
4: Whosoever therefore shall humble himself as this little child, the same is greatest in the kingdom of heaven.
5: And whoso shall receive one such little child in my name receiveth me.
6: But whoso shall offend one of these little ones which believe in me, it were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and that he were drowned in the depth of the sea.
7: Woe unto the world because of offences! for it must needs be that offences come; but woe to that man by whom the offence cometh!
8: Wherefore if thy hand or thy foot offend thee, cut them off, and cast them from thee: it is better for thee to enter into life halt or maimed, rather than having two hands or two feet to be cast into everlasting fire.
9: And if thine eye offend thee, pluck it out, and cast it from thee: it is better for thee to enter into life with one eye, rather than having two eyes to be cast into hell fire.
10: Take heed that ye despise not one of these little ones; for I say unto you, That in heaven their angels do always behold the face of my Father which is in heaven.
11: For the Son of man is come to save that which was lost.
12: How think ye? if a man have an hundred sheep, and one of them be gone astray, doth he not leave the ninety and nine, and goeth into the mountains, and seeketh that which is gone astray?
13: And if so be that he find it, verily I say unto you, he rejoiceth more of that sheep, than of the ninety and nine which went not astray.
14: Even so it is not the will of your Father which is in heaven, that one of these little ones should perish.
15: Moreover if thy brother shall trespass against thee, go and tell him his fault between thee and him alone: if he shall hear thee, thou hast gained thy brother.
16: But if he will not hear thee, then take with thee one or two more, that in the mouth of two or three witnesses every word may be established.
17: And if he shall neglect to hear them, tell it unto the church: but if he neglect to hear the church, let him be unto thee as an heathen man and a publican.
18: Verily I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever ye shall loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.
19: Again I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven.
20: For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.
21: Then came Peter to him, and said, Lord, how oft shall my brother sin against me, and I forgive him? till seven times?
22: Jesus saith unto him, I say not unto thee, Until seven times: but, Until seventy times seven.
23: Therefore is the kingdom of heaven likened unto a certain king, which would take account of his servants.
24: And when he had begun to reckon, one was brought unto him, which owed him ten thousand talents.
25: But forasmuch as he had not to pay, his lord commanded him to be sold, and his wife, and children, and all that he had, and payment to be made.
26: The servant therefore fell down, and worshipped him, saying, Lord, have patience with me, and I will pay thee all.
27: Then the lord of that servant was moved with compassion, and loosed him, and forgave him the debt.
28: But the same servant went out, and found one of his fellowservants, which owed him an hundred pence: and he laid hands on him, and took him by the throat, saying, Pay me that thou owest.
29: And his fellowservant fell down at his feet, and besought him, saying, Have patience with me, and I will pay thee all.
30: And he would not: but went and cast him into prison, till he should pay the debt.
31: So when his fellowservants saw what was done, they were very sorry, and came and told unto their lord all that was done.
32: Then his lord, after that he had called him, said unto him, O thou wicked servant, I forgave thee all that debt, because thou desiredst me:
33: Shouldest not thou also have had compassion on thy fellowservant, even as I had pity on thee?
34: And his lord was wroth, and delivered him to the tormentors, till he should pay all that was due unto him.
35: So likewise shall my heavenly Father do also unto you, if ye from your hearts forgive not every one his brother their trespasses.

God Speaks For The Unborn Children

Thanks and praise to our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.
There was a married couple that had only been married for a few weeks when they found out that they were going to have a baby. The couple discussed it, being so early in their marriage, they were not sure that it was what they wanted. There was a lot of things to consider. Financially it did not look like they could do it. They did not even have a place of their own yet. They were living in one of their grandparents houses with the grandparents. Of course they were considering all the options including abortion.

The couple decided to get an abortion. They thought that it would be simple and no one would even know about it. Well they where wrong, someone did know.

They made the appointment that was needed at a clinic and the following weekend they made it look like they were just going on a trip for the weekend. It was about an hours drive to the city that they were going to have the abortion done. In the car there was a lot of silence as they drove that hour.

When they arrived at the clinic the first thing they saw as they were walking down the sidewalk was a police officer at the front entrance checking out everyone that was going in the place. This brought an uneasy feeling to them to see this. Next they were approached by some people handing out brochures and telling them that they did not have to make this kind of decision that there were options available to them. None of this stopped them from entering in the building.

As the couple walked through the doors of the clinic they noticed even more security inside. They first had to sign in as a patient before being allowed through a security door blocking the patients from the front entrance. All of the workers that were signing people in were behind a block wall with a security window in front of them with only enough room through a opening in the bottom of the window for papers to be passed back and forth. All of this was very strange to the couple that did not think it was going to be a big deal for them to get an abortion.

After they had made it into the patient area there was still a silence between them. The husband looked over and asked his wife " is this what we really want to do?". She replied " I don't know, I guess". The husband setting there in silence was suddenly overwhelmed with emotion. Knowing some how this was not the right thing to do. When he looked at his wife he could see that she had tears in her eyes also. The husband looked at the wife and said " come on let's get out of here". So they got up and walked out, both of them in tears and unable to talk about it for a few minutes.

They drove away never looking back. Now it has been five years that has past since they drove away that day and they just got through celebrating their sons birthday. He was five years old and is the joy of their life knowing that God had come into their hearts five years ago and convicted them that what they were about to do was wrong.

There is a place for every child in this world. In far off countries it is harder to get them where they need to be but for us here in America there is no reason why a child has to be killed just because we decide it is the right choice for us. That unborn child can not speak for his or herself yet but God will speak for them. Believe me.

1 John 3:18-24
18: My little children, let us not love in word, neither in tongue; but in deed and in truth.
19: And hereby we know that we are of the truth, and shall assure our hearts before him.
20: For if our heart condemn us, God is greater than our heart, and knoweth all things.
21: Beloved, if our heart condemn us not, then have we confidence toward God.
22: And whatsoever we ask, we receive of him, because we keep his commandments, and do those things that are pleasing in his sight.
23: And this is his commandment, That we should believe on the name of his Son Jesus Christ, and love one another, as he gave us commandment.
24: And he that keepeth his commandments dwelleth in him, and he in him. And hereby we know that he abideth in us, by the Spirit which he hath given us.

14: Depart from evil, and do good; seek peace, and pursue it.
15: The eyes of the LORD are upon the righteous, and his ears are open unto their cry.

20: He keepeth all his bones: not one of them is broken.
21: Evil shall slay the wicked: and they that hate the righteous shall be desolate.
22: The LORD redeemeth the soul of his servants: and none of them that trust in him shall be desolate.

Keep On Praying For The Persecuted

Thanks and praise to our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.
Even though the International Day of Prayer for the persecuted church's is past let us not forget to continue to pray for them each day in our prayers. Jesus Christ is the only one that can save them and protect them from evil in the world that they live in.

Take a minute and go to http://www.persecution.com/ and sign up. You will receive a weekly e-mail update and a monthly news letter to help keep you informed.

There are days that I will be discouraged by something trivial then I will think of the people around the world that do not have the freedom to worship Jesus Christ as we do. If you are new to Christ or new to a church talk to your pastor about this and get your church involved in praying for these persecuted church's around the world, if they are not doing so already.

As children of God we have a responsibility to pray for all His children where ever they might be. Pray for the leaders of those countries that persecute Christians that they may be touched by our Lord and Saviour that Christ will unharden their hearts to the Christians and those leaders will discontinue in their persecution of them.

Pray that Muslims and Christians may live together freely and without violence in peace and harmony. Matthew 5:43: Ye have heard that it hath been said, Thou shalt love thy neighbour, and hate thine enemy. 44: But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you;
45: That ye may be the children of your Father which is in heaven: for he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust. 46: For if ye love them which love you, what reward have ye? do not even the publicans the same? 47: And if ye salute your brethren only, what do ye more than others? do not even the publicans so? 48: Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect.

Do not take your prayers lightly. God hears them all.

Romans 8:1-39
1: There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.
2: For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death.
3: For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh:
4: That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.
5: For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit.
6: For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.
7: Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be.
8: So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God.
9: But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his.
10: And if Christ be in you, the body is dead because of sin; but the Spirit is life because of righteousness.
11: But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you.
12: Therefore, brethren, we are debtors, not to the flesh, to live after the flesh.
13: For if ye live after the flesh, ye shall die: but if ye through the Spirit do mortify the deeds of the body, ye shall live.
14: For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.
15: For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father.
16: The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God:
17: And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with him, that we may be also glorified together.
18: For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us.
19: For the earnest expectation of the creature waiteth for the manifestation of the sons of God.
20: For the creature was made subject to vanity, not willingly, but by reason of him who hath subjected the same in hope,
21: Because the creature itself also shall be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty of the children of God.
22: For we know that the whole creation groaneth and travaileth in pain together until now.
23: And not only they, but ourselves also, which have the firstfruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting for the adoption, to wit, the redemption of our body.
24: For we are saved by hope: but hope that is seen is not hope: for what a man seeth, why doth he yet hope for?
25: But if we hope for that we see not, then do we with patience wait for it.
26: Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered.
27: And he that searcheth the hearts knoweth what is the mind of the Spirit, because he maketh intercession for the saints according to the will of God.
28: And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.
29: For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren.
30: Moreover whom he did predestinate, them he also called: and whom he called, them he also justified: and whom he justified, them he also glorified.
31: What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us?
32: He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things?
33: Who shall lay any thing to the charge of God's elect? It is God that justifieth.
34: Who is he that condemneth? It is Christ that died, yea rather, that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of God, who also maketh intercession for us.
35: Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?
36: As it is written, For thy sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter.
37: Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us.
38: For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come,
39: Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Thanks and praise to our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.
"Behold, I am with you and will keep you wherever you go, and will bring you back to this land; for I will not leave you until I have done what I have spoken to you."(Genesis 28:15)

Pray for SRI LANKA
SRI LANKA New Attacks on Christians - VOM Canada
On October 23, a church worker and his family at Vineyard Community Church in Gonawela, Sri Lanka, were attacked by five men claiming to be police officers. According to a November 3rd report from the National Christian Evangelical Alliance of Sri Lanka (NCEAL), the family was guarding the church building when five men approached at approximately midnight. The five men threatened the family, beat the man with clubs and aggressively shook a child. They also stole a woman's gold necklace, damaged the building's electricity supply and smashed pots and vases. The beaten man sustained serious injuries. A week later the church was again attacked, this time by a group of 10 men. They unsuccessfully tried to set the building on fire. No one was injured in this attack. In another attack on October 30, the pastor of Calvary Chapel of Lanka in Polhena was accosted by a group of local men at approximately 9 a.m. Two or three men beat him while the others looked on. He has been hospitalized for arm injuries. Pray God will strengthen all who were attacked and they will be witnesses of Christ's love. Psalm 50:15

Pray for ERITREA
ERITREA Christian Singer Freed From Prison - The Chicago Tribune
Gospel singer Helen Berhane, who belonged to a banned evangelical church in Eritrea, has been released after more than two years in detention. She was released in late October, according to a statement issued by Amnesty International. Berhane was arrested in May 2004. "She spent most of her detention in inhuman and degrading conditions inside a metal shipping container, which was used as a prison cell,” the statement said. The authorities reportedly tortured her many times to make her recant her faith. Give thanks to God Helen Berhane has been released at last. Ask our merciful Father to heal her mind and body as she continues to be a witness for Christ. Matthew 12:20, 21

Pray for INDIA
INDIA Dalit Christians Forced to Bow to Hindu Idols - Compass Direct
Lambini tribal villagers in Karnataka state prohibited Pastor Revanna Naik and his congregation from worshiping on Sunday, October 29, instead forcing them to bow down and worship Hindu deities. Three of the 11 Christian families at the church in the remote village in Chitradurga district refused to bow before the idols or partake of the prasad offering that would indicate allegiance to the Hindu deities. The local council chief ordered the village to ostracize those families. This stigma of being ostracized will crush the very spirit of the Lambani, who are very clan-oriented people. On November 6, Hindu extremists forced Christians in a remote village in southern Karnataka to bow down before Hindu deities. The Christians were marched to the village temple, forced to bow down before the Hindu gods and had the vermilion mark applied to their foreheads. A police inspector only watched this violation of the Christians' rights. Pray the families who are shunned by the villagers will draw close to Jesus and know His loving presence as never before. Pray the police officer and Hindu extremists will repent and come to know Jesus' forgiveness. Matthew 24:32

Pray for AUSTRALIA
AUSTRALIA Girl Who Rejected Islam Now Facing False Murder Charges - ASSIST News Australian media reports that on October 9th, 17-year-old Kaihana Hussain was attacked with a knife by her father, Dr Mohammed Hussain, after she reiterated her commitment to convert from Islam to Christianity. According to the reports, Kaihana's mother was fatally stabbed when she tried to intervene, and her father attempted to kill himself after Kaihana escaped the apartment. Police confirmed at the time that Kaihana was not a suspect. Dr Hussain survived, and now alleges that Kaihana stabbed her mother to death and attempted to murder him because they disapproved of her boyfriend. Kaihana was subsequently arrested and faced a court on November 7, where she was charged with murder and attempted murder. She did not speak and no plea was entered. Kaihana Hussain remains in custody until her trial, which has been slated for May 22, 2007. Pray God will reveal the truth in this matter and Kaihana will be set free. Matthew 10:26

The Sincere Trust In Jesus Christ

Thanks and praise to our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.
I believe that the Lord has a very special plan for each of His children. We may not know what it is or how it works into the bigger picture. For lack of a better comparison, just as in a factory there are people doing very specific jobs. At each of the jobs in the factory the ones working that job, usually, do not see how the finished product is going to turn out.

Well God knows what the finished product in His children's lives is going to look like. It will be as white as snow cleansed through the blood of Jesus Christ. Oh what a joyous day that will be when Jesus comes for me. There will be no more pain, no more sorrow, no more death. Jesus Christ will wipe away all tears from our eyes and there will be great rejoicing and praises given to the King of Kings.

In the parable where the King had made a marriage for his son. The king sent out his servants to tell all that where invited to come that everything was ready but none was going to go. At the end of this parable we see that there is one man that is among the guests that when the king came in he noticed that the man was not wearing a wedding garment. This man may have thought that he was dressed in his finest clothes and did not take a wedding garment to wear. This man thought that he would be fine wearing what he had on. Oh how wrong he was.

The king ask the man, friend why did you come here not wearing a wedding garment and the man was speechless.

Then the king told his servants to bind the man hand and foot and throw him into outer darkness. There will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

For many are called but few chosen.

When we go to church in our Sunday best let us go there to worship the one and only true God Almighty. Let us not go there to be gossips and judges of others. Let us go there to worship together as brothers and sisters in Christ. God knows all of us and He knows what is in our hearts. Some may fool themselves as well as others but they will not get through at judgement day. Christ tells us that few are chosen.

Be sure of your sincerity and love of God and put all trust in Jesus Christ for He is the only way.

Matthew 22:1-14
1: And Jesus answered and spake unto them again by parables, and said,
2: The kingdom of heaven is like unto a certain king, which made a marriage for his son,
3: And sent forth his servants to call them that were bidden to the wedding: and they would not come.
4: Again, he sent forth other servants, saying, Tell them which are bidden, Behold, I have prepared my dinner: my oxen and my fatlings are killed, and all things are ready: come unto the marriage.
5: But they made light of it, and went their ways, one to his farm, another to his merchandise:
6: And the remnant took his servants, and entreated them spitefully, and slew them.
7: But when the king heard thereof, he was wroth: and he sent forth his armies, and destroyed those murderers, and burned up their city.
8: Then saith he to his servants, The wedding is ready, but they which were bidden were not worthy.
9: Go ye therefore into the highways, and as many as ye shall find, bid to the marriage.
10: So those servants went out into the highways, and gathered together all as many as they found, both bad and good: and the wedding was furnished with guests.
11: And when the king came in to see the guests, he saw there a man which had not on a wedding garment:
12: And he saith unto him, Friend, how camest thou in hither not having a wedding garment? And he was speechless.
13: Then said the king to the servants, Bind him hand and foot, and take him away, and cast him into outer darkness; there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.
14: For many are called, but few are chosen.

11: Come, ye children, hearken unto me: I will teach you the fear of the LORD.
12: What man is he that desireth life, and loveth many days, that he may see good?

21: Evil shall slay the wicked: and they that hate the righteous shall be desolate.
22: The LORD redeemeth the soul of his servants: and none of them that trust in him shall be desolate

Veterans Day

Thanks and praise to our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.
A note,
Feature: Christian Persecution
This week on The Coral Ridge Hour, we report on the plight of Christians worldwide suffering for their faith. Despite the persecution, these faithful and courageous ones will not deny the One they love - Jesus Christ.
You can get the time and channel from The Coral Ridge site at http://www.coralridgehour.org/

Today let us pray for those in the military and their families and foremost for the families who have lost loved ones in war. That God would be with them in their time of mourning and that He also will be with those brave men and women in harms way wherever they may be. That He will protect them and keep them safe. If there are any who do not know Jesus Christ I pray that the Lord will go to them and fill their heart with the love that God has for them. I pray for the leaders of this great nation that they too will feel the guiding hand of Christ to do His will and not theirs in this state that the world is in.
Let us thank those who have served in past wars and those that have died and those serving now. I thank you all so very very much and may God bless all of you and your families. Amen

Revelation 21:1-27
1: And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea.
2: And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.
3: And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God.
4: And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.
5: And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And he said unto me, Write: for these words are true and faithful.
6: And he said unto me, It is done. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. I will give unto him that is athirst of the fountain of the water of life freely.
7: He that overcometh shall inherit all things; and I will be his God, and he shall be my son.
8: But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.
9: And there came unto me one of the seven angels which had the seven vials full of the seven last plagues, and talked with me, saying, Come hither, I will shew thee the bride, the Lamb's wife.
10: And he carried me away in the spirit to a great and high mountain, and shewed me that great city, the holy Jerusalem, descending out of heaven from God,
11: Having the glory of God: and her light was like unto a stone most precious, even like a jasper stone, clear as crystal;
12: And had a wall great and high, and had twelve gates, and at the gates twelve angels, and names written thereon, which are the names of the twelve tribes of the children of Israel:
13: On the east three gates; on the north three gates; on the south three gates; and on the west three gates.
14: And the wall of the city had twelve foundations, and in them the names of the twelve apostles of the Lamb.
15: And he that talked with me had a golden reed to measure the city, and the gates thereof, and the wall thereof.
16: And the city lieth foursquare, and the length is as large as the breadth: and he measured the city with the reed, twelve thousand furlongs. The length and the breadth and the height of it are equal.
17: And he measured the wall thereof, an hundred and forty and four cubits, according to the measure of a man, that is, of the angel.
18: And the building of the wall of it was of jasper: and the city was pure gold, like unto clear glass.
19: And the foundations of the wall of the city were garnished with all manner of precious stones. The first foundation was jasper; the second, sapphire; the third, a chalcedony; the fourth, an emerald;
20: The fifth, sardonyx; the sixth, sardius; the seventh, chrysolite; the eighth, beryl; the ninth, a topaz; the tenth, a chrysoprasus; the eleventh, a jacinth; the twelfth, an amethyst.
21: And the twelve gates were twelve pearls; every several gate was of one pearl: and the street of the city was pure gold, as it were transparent glass.
22: And I saw no temple therein: for the Lord God Almighty and the Lamb are the temple of it.
23: And the city had no need of the sun, neither of the moon, to shine in it: for the glory of God did lighten it, and the Lamb is the light thereof.
24: And the nations of them which are saved shall walk in the light of it: and the kings of the earth do bring their glory and honour into it.
25: And the gates of it shall not be shut at all by day: for there shall be no night there.
26: And they shall bring the glory and honour of the nations into it.
27: And there shall in no wise enter into it any thing that defileth, neither whatsoever worketh abomination, or maketh a lie: but they which are written in the Lamb's book of life.

What Is IDOP?

Thanks and praise to our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.
November 12, 2006 is the IDOP.
This comes from http://www.greatercalling.org/
The International Day of Prayer for the Persecuted Church (IDOP) is a global day of intercession for persecuted Christians worldwide. Its primary focus is the work of intercessory prayer and citizen action on behalf of persecuted communities of the Christian faith. We also encourage prayer for the souls of the oppressors, the nations that promote persecution, and those who ignore it. You can read all about IDOPHere and I urge you to do so. There are many in our nation alone that have not heard of this and we need to get the word out. You can go Here to get phone numbers to call and get in on conference calls. Last year on the IDOP, several hundred people from over nine different countries joined together to unite in prayer over the telephone.

The persecution of Christians has been around even before Jesus was here on earth. Jesus Christ, convicting others in there heart that this is wrong, is the only way for those to turn from persecuting Christians. Christ does this through the living Word of God, The Holy Bible.

This is why it is so very important to pray for the persecuted churches around the world. Many of these places have never heard the word. We are told in the Bible to go out and spread the word in The Great Commission.
Matthew 28:18-20
And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth.
Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:
Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and lo, I am with alwaylway, even unto the end of the world. Amen

Matthew 5:10-12
10: Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness' sake: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
11: Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake.
12: Rejoice, and be exceeding glad: for great is your reward in heaven: for so persecuted they the prophets which were before you.

Matthew 23:33-36
33: Ye serpents, ye generation of vipers, how can ye escape the damnation of hell?
34: Wherefore, behold, I send unto you prophets, and wise men, and scribes: and some of them ye shall kill and crucify; and some of them shall ye scourge in your synagogues, and persecute them from city to city:
35: That upon you may come all the righteous blood shed upon the earth, from the blood of righteous Abel unto the blood of Zacharias sonBarachiashias, whom ye slew between the temple and the altar.
36: Verily I say unto you, All these things shall come upon this generation.

2 Corinthians 4:1-18
1: Therefore seeing we have this ministry, as we have received mercy, we faint not;
2: But have renounced the hidden things of dishonesty, not walking in craftiness, nor handling the word of God deceitfully; but by manifestation of the truth commending ourselves to every man's conscience in the sight of God.
3: But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost:
4: In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.
5: For we preach not ourselves, but Christ Jesus the Lord; and ourselves your servants for Jesus' sake.
6: For God, who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ.
7: But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellency of the power may be of God, and not of us.
8: We are troubled on every side, yet not distressed; we are perplexed, but not in despair;
9: Persecuted, but not forsaken; cast down, but not destroyed;
10: Always bearing about in the body the dying of the Lord Jesus, that the life also of Jesus might be made manifest in our body.
11: For we which live alwaylway delivered unto death for Jesus' sake, that the life also of Jesus might be made manifest in our mortal flesh.
12: So then deworkethketh in us, but life in you.
13: We having the same spirit of faith, according as it is written, I believed, and therefore have I spoken; we also believe, and therefore speak;
14: Knowing that he which raised up the Lord Jesus shall raise up us also by Jesus, and shall present us with you.
15: For all things are for your sakes, that the abundant grace might through the thanksgiving of many redound to the glory of God.
16: For which cause we faint not; but though our outward man perish, yet the inward man is renewed day by day.
17: For our light affliction, which is but for a momeworkethketh for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory;
18: While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal.

Did You Know?

Thanks and praise to our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.
I received this below in an e-mail and thought that it was very interesting. I wanted to pass it on.
Let us continue to put God first in our lives.

Andy Rooney
DID YOU KNOW?
As you walk up the steps to the building which houses the
U.S. Supreme Court you can see near the top of the building
a row of the world's law givers and each one is facing one in
the middle who is facing forward with a full frontal view ...
it is Moses and he is holding the Ten Commandments!

DID YOU KNOW?
As you enter the Supreme Court courtroom, the two huge oak doors have
the Ten Commandments engraved on each lower portion of each door.

DID YOU KNOW?
As you sit inside the courtroom, you can see the wall,
right above where the Supreme Court judges sit,
a display of the Ten Commandments!

DID YOU KNOW?
There are Bible verses etched in stone all over the
Federal Buildings and Monuments in Washington, D.C.

DID YOU KNOW?
James Madison, the fourth president, known as "The Father of Our
Constitution" made the following statement:
"We have staked the whole of all our political institutions upon the
capacity of mankind for self-government, upon the capacity of each and all of us
to govern ourselves, to control ourselves, to sustain ourselves according
to the Ten Commandments of God."

DID YOU KNOW?
Patrick Henry, that patriot and Founding Father of our country said:
"It cannot be emphasized too strongly or too often that this great
nation was founded not by religionists but by Christians, not on religions
but on the Gospel of Jesus Christ".

DID YOU KNOW?
Every session of Congress begins with a prayer by a paid preacher,
whose salary has been paid by the taxpayer since 1777.

DID YOU KNOW?
Fifty-two of the 55 founders of the Constitution were members
of the established orthodox churches in the colonies.

DID YOU KNOW?
Thomas Jefferson worried that the Courts would overstep their authority
and instead of interpreting the law would begin making law. an oligarchy
the rule of few over many.

DID YOU KNOW?
The very first Supreme Court Justice, John Jay, said:
"Americans should select and prefer Christians as their rulers."
How, then, have we gotten to the point that everything we have done for
220 years in this country is now suddenly wrong and unconstitutional?
Lets put it around the world and let the world see and remember what
this great country was built on.

John 1:1-17
1: In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
2: The same was in the beginning with God.
3: All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.
4: In him was life; and the life was the light of men.
5: And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not.
6: There was a man sent from God, whose name was John.
7: The same came for a witness, to bear witness of the Light, that all men through him might believe.
8: He was not that Light, but was sent to bear witness of that Light.
9: That was the true Light, which lighteth every man that cometh into the world.
10: He was in the world, and the world was made by him, and the world knew him not.
11: He came unto his own, and his own received him not.
12: But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:
13: Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.
14: And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.
15: John bare witness of him, and cried, saying, This was he of whom I spake, He that cometh after me is preferred before me: for he was before me.
16: And of his fulness have all we received, and grace for grace.
17: For the law was given by Moses, but grace and truth came by Jesus Christ.

Putting God First And IDOP

Thanks and praise to our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.
Living a life where God is put first in our lives is exactly what is required of us. As written in Matthew 6:31: Therefore take no thought, saying, What shall we eat? or, What shall we drink? or, Wherewithal shall we be clothed? 32: (For after all these things do the Gentiles seek:) for your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things. 33: But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you. 34: Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof. Matthew 22:37: Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. 38: This is the first and great commandment.

When we wake up in the morning the first thing that we should think of is the Lord our God and how He has granted us another day to thank and praise Him for all that He has done and will do. Praising Him for another day to do so. We must put our faith and trust in Him for without Him we are nothing.

The following came from Stacy L. Harp from http://www.persecutionblog.com/. Let us all take part in this International Day of Prayer for the Persecuted Church. There are many that need our prayers not only on this day but every day.
November 12th is right around the corner and as we get ready to participate in the International Day of Prayer for the Persecuted Church I just had to tell you about a ministry that is helping Christians join together in prayer through the use of their teleconferencing ministry. I think this is an AWESOME idea.

An article on Crosswalk.com about the IDOP says this about the ministry of Greater Calling,

Greater Calling is providing free teleconferencing services on November 12, so that people can join together in prayer from all over the world. Last year on the IDOP, several hundred people from over nine different countries joined together to unite in prayer over the telephone. There is a leader each hour and a specific area of the world is covered in prayer each hour. People can join anytime between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. Pacific time on November 12th by dialing 1-641-985-1131 and entering 4367# (IDOP#). Visit www.greatercalling.org for more information.

Also, by visiting www.greatercalling.org, people can get their own free conference call dial-in number and code and they can start their own conference call prayer group with their friends or family to join in corporate prayer for the persecuted church. The web site www.persecutedchurch.org has information and prayer points that people can use to guide their prayers.

“Jesus tells us that when two of us on earth agree about anything, it will be done for us,” Simons said. “Prayer works.”

Also today we all need to get out and vote. It is a privilege that we have here in America and we should all take part in it.

Romans 9:1-33
1: I say the truth in Christ, I lie not, my conscience also bearing me witness in the Holy Ghost,
2: That I have great heaviness and continual sorrow in my heart.
3: For I could wish that myself were accursed from Christ for my brethren, my kinsmen according to the flesh:
4: Who are Israelites; to whom pertaineth the adoption, and the glory, and the covenants, and the giving of the law, and the service of God, and the promises;
5: Whose are the fathers, and of whom as concerning the flesh Christ came, who is over all, God blessed for ever. Amen.
6: Not as though the word of God hath taken none effect. For they are not all Israel, which are of Israel:
7: Neither, because they are the seed of Abraham, are they all children: but, In Isaac shall thy seed be called.
8: That is, They which are the children of the flesh, these are not the children of God: but the children of the promise are counted for the seed.
9: For this is the word of promise, At this time will I come, and Sara shall have a son.
10: And not only this; but when Rebecca also had conceived by one, even by our father Isaac;
11: (For the children being not yet born, neither having done any good or evil, that the purpose of God according to election might stand, not of works, but of him that calleth;)
12: It was said unto her, The elder shall serve the younger.
13: As it is written, Jacob have I loved, but Esau have I hated.
14: What shall we say then? Is there unrighteousness with God? God forbid.
15: For he saith to Moses, I will have mercy on whom I will have mercy, and I will have compassion on whom I will have compassion.
16: So then it is not of him that willeth, nor of him that runneth, but of God that sheweth mercy. 17: For the scripture saith unto Pharaoh, Even for this same purpose have I raised thee up, that I might shew my power in thee, and that my name might be declared throughout all the earth.
18: Therefore hath he mercy on whom he will have mercy, and whom he will he hardeneth.
19: Thou wilt say then unto me, Why doth he yet find fault? For who hath resisted his will?
20: Nay but, O man, who art thou that repliest against God? Shall the thing formed say to him that formed it, Why hast thou made me thus?
21: Hath not the potter power over the clay, of the same lump to make one vessel unto honour, and another unto dishonour?
22: What if God, willing to shew his wrath, and to make his power known, endured with much longsuffering the vessels of wrath fitted to destruction:
23: And that he might make known the riches of his glory on the vessels of mercy, which he had afore prepared unto glory,
24: Even us, whom he hath called, not of the Jews only, but also of the Gentiles?
25: As he saith also in Osee, I will call them my people, which were not my people; and her beloved, which was not beloved.
26: And it shall come to pass, that in the place where it was said unto them, Ye are not my people; there shall they be called the children of the living God.
27: Esaias also crieth concerning Israel, Though the number of the children of Israel be as the sand of the sea, a remnant shall be saved:
28: For he will finish the work, and cut it short in righteousness: because a short work will the Lord make upon the earth.
29: And as Esaias said before, Except the Lord of Sabaoth had left us a seed, we had been as Sodoma, and been made like unto Gomorrha.
30: What shall we say then? That the Gentiles, which followed not after righteousness, have attained to righteousness, even the righteousness which is of faith.
31: But Israel, which followed after the law of righteousness, hath not attained to the law of righteousness.
32: Wherefore? Because they sought it not by faith, but as it were by the works of the law. For they stumbled at that stumblingstone;
33: As it is written, Behold, I lay in Sion a stumblingstone and rock of offence: and whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed.

Psalms Chapters 32 & 33

Thanks and praise to our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.

Psalms Chapter 32
1: Blessed is he whose transgression is forgiven, whose sin is covered.
2: Blessed is the man unto whom the LORD imputeth not iniquity, and in whose spirit there is no guile.
3: When I kept silence, my bones waxed old through my roaring all the day long.
4: For day and night thy hand was heavy upon me: my moisture is turned into the drought of summer. Selah.
5: I acknowledged my sin unto thee, and mine iniquity have I not hid. I said, I will confess my transgressions unto the LORD; and thou forgavest the iniquity of my sin. Selah.
6: For this shall every one that is godly pray unto thee in a time when thou mayest be found: surely in the floods of great waters they shall not come nigh unto him.
7: Thou art my hiding place; thou shalt preserve me from trouble; thou shalt compass me about with songs of deliverance. Selah.
8: I will instruct thee and teach thee in the way which thou shalt go: I will guide thee with mine eye.
9: Be ye not as the horse, or as the mule, which have no understanding: whose mouth must be held in with bit and bridle, lest they come near unto thee.
10: Many sorrows shall be to the wicked: but he that trusteth in the LORD, mercy shall compass him about.
11: Be glad in the LORD, and rejoice, ye righteous: and shout for joy, all ye that are upright in heart.

Psalms Chapter 33
1: Rejoice in the LORD, O ye righteous: for praise is comely for the upright.
2: Praise the LORD with harp: sing unto him with the psaltery and an instrument of ten strings.
3: Sing unto him a new song; play skillfully with a loud noise.
4: For the word of the LORD is right; and all his works are done in truth.
5: He loveth righteousness and judgment: the earth is full of the goodness of the LORD.
6: By the word of the LORD were the heavens made; and all the host of them by the breath of his mouth.
7: He gathereth the waters of the sea together as an heap: he layeth up the depth in storehouses.
8: Let all the earth fear the LORD: let all the inhabitants of the world stand in awe of him.
9: For he spake, and it was done; he commanded, and it stood fast.
10: The LORD bringeth the counsel of the heathen to nought: he maketh the devices of the people of none effect.
11: The counsel of the LORD standeth for ever, the thoughts of his heart to all generations.
12: Blessed is the nation whose God is the LORD: and the people whom he hath chosen for his own inheritance.
13: The LORD looketh from heaven; he beholdeth all the sons of men.
14: From the place of his habitation he looketh upon all the inhabitants of the earth.
15: He fashioneth their hearts alike; he considereth all their works.
16: There is no king saved by the multitude of an host: a mighty man is not delivered by much strength.
17: An horse is a vain thing for safety: neither shall he deliver any by his great strength.
18: Behold, the eye of the LORD is upon them that fear him, upon them that hope in his mercy;
19: To deliver their soul from death, and to keep them alive in famine.
20: Our soul waiteth for the LORD: he is our help and our shield.
21: For our heart shall rejoice in him, because we have trusted in his holy name.
22: Let thy mercy, O LORD, be upon us, according as we hope in thee.
