I have called upon thee, for thou wilt hear me, O God: incline thine ear unto me, and hear my speech.

Seeking Signs

Thanks and praise to our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.
Jesus told the people that this was an evil generation who seek signs and none was going to be given to them, other than the Son of man[Jesus Christ].
Jesus told them that Jonas was a sign for the Ninevites. This is located in the northern part of Iraq, see map . And Solomon was a sign to the queen of the south [Queen of Sheba]. When the Queen of Sheba visited Solomon she was amazed at all the blessings that God had given to him and his people [Israel]. The actual location of the historical kingdom[Sheba] is disputed between Ethiopia and Yemen see map. However, it is possible that it could have been situated in Ethiopia and Yemen.
Jesus told them that there was one even greater then Jonas or Solomon here. That would be Jesus Christ. These places in the Bible are real and Jesus Christ is real. Believe in Him without waiting for any signs because there is not going to be any until that great day that Christ returns. Don't wait until it is to late. Jesus has come to save us not to destroy us.

Luke 11:29-32
29: And when the people were gathered thick together, he began to say, This is an evil generation: they seek a sign; and there shall no sign be given it, but the sign of Jonas the prophet.
30: For as Jonas was a sign unto the Ninevites, so shall also the Son of man be to this generation.
31: The queen of the south shall rise up in the judgment with the men of this generation, and condemn them: for she came from the utmost parts of the earth to hear the wisdom of Solomon; and, behold, a greater than Solomon is here.
32: The men of Nineve shall rise up in the judgment with this generation, and shall condemn it: for they repented at the preaching of Jonas; and, behold, a greater than Jonas is here.
